I’m a Qualified Counsellor working within the ethical framework of BACP and a student at Sakoon Counselling.

The journey of self-actualisation is often one of many ups and downs, it’s my aim to create an environment that clients are able to develop self awareness in a positive way.

The three core conditions used within counselling is: empathy, congruence & unconditional positive regard.

I’m committed to delivering client-centred support that gradually empowers individuals and enables them to make informed decisions.
