Faisal Karim

Integrative Counsellor • MBACP • Founder

I’m a counsellor who specialises in working with couples and with men. I offer marriage counselling for both men and women, helping couples rebuild trust, improve communication, and bring stability back into their home. I also help men, particularly Muslim men, helping them face their struggles head-on—emotionally, mentally, and within their relationships. My space is straightforward, private, and judgement-free—somewhere you can talk honestly without feeling weak, exposed, or misunderstood.

Therapeutic Approach

My approach is integrative and person-centered, drawing from humanistic, psychodynamic, and cognitive frameworks alongside Islamic psychology. It is straightforward, grounded in honesty, reflection, and clear goals. I focus on creating a space where you can speak openly and be understood, without judgement or unnecessary complexity. I listen carefully, help you make sense of what you’re going through, and work with you to set clear and practical goals, connecting back to Allah and using guidance from the deen to support you. Whether working individually or with couples, I help strengthen communication, resolve conflict with respect, and rebuild trust and emotional connection.
