Suluk
Ibn Sina Wellbeing Project
Purpose
Suluk embodies the guiding philosophy of our Ibn Sina Wellbeing Project, dedicated to fostering the emotional, spiritual, and mental growth of our community. Our workshops are designed to inspire the Muslim community to cultivate self-awareness by delving into the powerful synergy between faith and mental health, ultimately fortifying their spiritual path.
Impact
Suluk serves as the cornerstone of our psychospiritual education initiatives, offering a wide range of programs designed to enrich both individuals and communities. We provide interactive workshops for the general public, specialised training sessions for professionals, and comprehensive online courses accessible to everyone. We also facilitate corporate wellbeing sessions that integrate Islamic psychology into various organisations. Our goal is to equip the Ummah with the language and tools necessary for self-understanding and personal growth.
