Zaynab Aslam

Integrative Counsellor • MBACP

I support women in exploring and understanding their emotions, helping them rediscover who they are, what they value, and where they want to go in life. I’m passionate about creating a safe and understanding space where women can express themselves freely and find the strength to move forward. My work often includes a faith-based element, allowing clients to reconnect with their faith and find renewed clarity and purpose.

Therapeutic Approach

My approach to counselling is person-centred, placing each client’s unique experiences and needs at the heart of the process. I integrate elements of Islamic therapy, psychodynamic principles, and cognitive behavioural techniques (CBT) to provide holistic and meaningful support. This blend allows for emotional, psychological, and spiritual growth, helping clients develop greater self-awareness, resilience, and a stronger sense of identity.
